    Huntgroup configuration help

    Hi,

    Thanks in advance,

    We have huntgroup xx configuration with acd, queue and vector to y, we defined the group type ucd-mia and 15 members(extension) in the hunt group.

    We have the number mapped to vdn -> vector -> split(huntgroup xx). Now when the users calls in to number , it's not following the ucd mia type.

    The extension we created in the hunt group has the login and logout button configured.

    Any suggestion?

      Once you change 'ACD' to y, the ability to add extensions goes away.
      What kind of phone are your agents using. The example below is from an IP 9611G station...
      You need to have all of the buttons listed here:
