    CMS tables

    I'm new to avaya and my background is in databases not phones so I'm a little lost. I have created an ODBC connection to the informix database to query CMS data. How do I tell from the call_rec when a call is completed?

    Well with a little testing I figured this out. The answer is the Call_rec is not written until the call is completed

        I have created installed IBM informix driver and test the connection for CMS and it's successful.
        what the client do i have to use to query the data from CMS?
