We are integrating Dynamics CRM with the recording so each phone call activity should have a link to the recording file. But since the file is encrypted, we need to use the Contact Center Web Application to listen to it.
Is there a way to call the Contact Center Web Application URL and pass the ID of the recording that we need to review so that the specific recording is already selected by default.
