AIC Web Agent on Citrix Xen Desktop 5.4

when we login to AIC on citrix xen desktop, agent gets loged in but fails to launch the web agent.
Below log was shown in the webagent logs.

WebAgentRegistry::loadTaskInfo()->Could not deserialize TaskInfo.dat for agent

Kindly advice.
