Agent Information

In IQ report designer there are field avaliable for agent information such as Manager Name, Hourly Rate , Tax ID. Where can these field be populated from? I cannot find them in CM or IQ OAM.

Can you please provide more details where you are such strings in reports? When I go into design mode, I can add available measures and calculations.

I can retrieve the data fields as well. The issue or questions is how do I populate these fields with revelnt data. I cannot find any documentation on how to add for example, an agents manager name or preferred name etc, anywhere. Thanks for any iinsight you can provide.

Hi,

Those information are part of partydim table of avayaiq schema.

It is normally seen for AACC source if provided on AACC side.

Since there is translation of sources on IQ, it need to be added on sources such as AACC not on IQ OAM.
