There are 3 ways to check the Agent's AAAD Version.
1. Windows -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Avaya Aura Agent Desktop -> Click here for support information (click)
2. Login to AAAD on the PC -> Click the "?" icon on the top right hand corner AAAD -> About AAAD (click)
3. Open the latest AAAD log file (see below for location of the AAAD log file) -> Search for the word "AAAD Version" from the bottom of the file searching UP. This line will show the AAAD Version number.
Windows 7 PC path for AAAD Log
Start-> Run -> %appdata% (type "%appdata" and click enter)
It will open a folder. This will be the current logged in user. From this folder, you will need to go up 1 directory. You will then look for the Avaya folder. Then go to Agent Desktop\Logs folder and copy the most current log.
Windows XP PC path for AAAD log
Document and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Avaya\Agent Desktop\Logs
