We are experiencing occasional crosstalk (simultaneous connection) in a SIP environment where a call with a unique CLID will be presented to two agents simultaneously. Both agents can hear and speak with the caller, similar to a conference scenario. In another case, a call will default and still be presented to two agents; one as a skillset call and the other as an extension call. Again, both parties can speak to and hear the caller. We cannot determine if the issue is product related or something that the agent could be doing with the phone or AAAD interface.
