    CMS Supervisor error

    I have got problems with new CMS Supervisors users. When I add new user (normal od administrator), I can't access the Dictionary or Exceptions operations.
    If I try, the Supervisor displays such error:
    Unable to complete request operation for task Avaya CMS Supervisor. This task is being terminated, contact Technical Support.
    GetTaskIdx Failed for task: 2002 winid: -32768
    Finction: Main: GetFormIdx

    And then hungs for a long while, displaying message: "Process pending..." and exits after few minutes.

    But the user can access Dictionary and all other CMS options via ssh console. So the problem is only with Supervisor application. Supervisor and CMS version: 16.3

    Hi,

    Reinstall supervisor with deleting all existing registries or upgrade the supervisor version to r17 LA.18 if it make some difference.

      I found a solution. The error occurred probably because previously the new users were added from the operating system console (CLI). So now I have added them again but via the CMS Supervisor instead of CLI, and now it's working without problems.
