How to configure auto Session timeout after specific time period in Avaya CMS R16.2

    Greetings to all,

We have Avaya CMS Server 16.2 in our contact center, we want to enable on CMS that after a specific time period in idle condition or after at fixed time frame CMS session terminates automatically . Basically what happen that some user login to CMS and keep the session open after their shifts by just locking their system turned on.

If anyone went through the same condition then help me, I searched and found that it can be done by scripts.but don't no how to write them

      Hi Mittas,
You can do that by yourself, you must know that what are you doing and what could be system impact for it.
You just need to modify the ssh_config and set the timout=<time limit>. then restart/refresh the SSH service.
By doing so you can achieve the IDLE timeout for Supervisor/users

Though I am totally agreed with shaikht, Please involve APS for better solution
      S.S.
