IC problem: etpmon.ext started on every 1 minute

    IC problem: etpmon.ext started on every 1 minute

    IC service "ADU" (ADU_Voice1) stopped on one day and restarted by automatically afterwards, then on windows application error appears on every 1 minutes, description is "performance Center Server (etpmon.exe) is not started... will issue start request again"

    Does anyone meet this problem and what will be the cause and solution for ADU auto restart and etpmon.exe related for it?
