    CCE 4.x :: Does it support email with SSL.

    Hi,

    I am facing a problem at one of my client for configuring email in CCE 4.0.
    On using a freeware Argo Soft email client, am able to configure the emails for CCE desktop.

    On changing the email configurations to customer provided POP3 / SMTP settings, am getting error messages as per below logs. The POP3/SMTP settings are verified using outlook express along SPA.

    Can we use SSL configurations for CCE. If yes, then how & where we can make such configurations.

    SSL Configuration is not supported in CCE.

    This issue needs detailed troubleshooting and needs a check on the configuration, hence I would recommend you to log a case with the Avaya Support team.
