    CCE 4.1 proplem with Control panel accessing contact Data base

    Hello,
    I get the following error when accessing contacts from the CCE Control Panel. "Reading the display colums failed. Please Check if the Contact Database has been set up properly." This was working prior to me installing the call routing server on this server. I also get the following error now when accessing the windows services. "MMC Has detected an error in a snap-in. It is recomended that you shut dowm and restart MMC." What is MMC? Any Ideas?

    I fixed the contact database problem so now I only have the MCC error. Can anyone tell me what that is?

      MMC is the snap-in handler for CCE Control Panel, try start it with admin rights or re-install the application. (CCE Control Panel)
