up to how many redundant ACDs does one CMS server supports?

A CMS platform can collect data from 8 ACD's. I didn't understard what you meant with redundant ACD's. If you meant that another CM is in somewhere else as a contingency for one site, then you must count it as a one extra data source. If you just meant that you have another site with an ESS server out of the main site, this is still one single data source.
