Over the weekend tomcat on one of out web app server crashed and the calls were failing over to the secondary URL that is set in AEP portal, but it was taking 30 sec to fail over to the other WAS. I checked all the setting and I thought it would be the MPP browser fetch timeout but it is set to 15 sec but every single call that stayed listening to dead air took 30 sec to fail over to the other WAS.
How can we decrease the fail over time to 10 sec?
