Difference between CentreVu Supervisor and CMS Supervisor?

Can anyone clue me in on the difference between these two products?

Hi,

Both are same. Vu was used with lower version and then it was changed to CMS supervisor.Used as Client for call center supervisors to pull reports from CMS.
