CCE report issue

I have CCE 4.1

When i try to get report from Reporting client, I can't select specific date and time becaus report show me "ERROR" without calls.

If I use settings like "yesterday" or "Last Week" i get correct data.

I have this problem from different PC, and I already restart CCE server without solve problem
