Occupancy report in intervals
Hello everyone!
Could anyone help me with occupancy report in intervals in CMS supervisor
I want to know exact percentage of occupancy in the night time beetween 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.(and during the whole day in 15-30 minutes intervals), when agents spends long time in ready status, and how that's affects overall daily occupancy.
Can i create such a report?
