AES stations

We use genesys so the Tserver is connected with our Avaya AES 5.2, for some reason with some stations we have problems that the T-server is not able to monitor, so the workaround that we have found is to delete the station into communication manager and create it back again, this is the only way that solves the problem. Any heads up on what could be causing this and also if somebody experienced the same situation?

Did you try restarting the concerned service of AES?

As I see from the message above that "recreating station is resolving the problem" which technically means that one station is removed from monitoring state and monitor it again.
