Remote Agent
We have remote agents that only have analog home phones. They do not have internet or computors. Does anyone know if there is anyway to log an agent in to a skill. Our CM is Version 6.2.

One-X agent will work with an analog phone. However the remote agent does need a PC and a reliable internet connection.Thank you,
