AAAD_replacing columns in AAAD

Hi All,
My customer uses AAAD to work with e-mails. He would like to swop or replace some columns in AAAD. Please find screenshot of example of requirement attached. Do you have any solution?

Strange, I can just drag and drop columns in Agent desktop

Hello, could you please specify the version of AAAD and release of AACC you use. We have no Phonebook and CallHistory tabs in AAAD.
My customer uses AACC 6.3 Midsize Enterprize with CS1k AML solution.
Agents can resize columns only. But anyway after they restart AAAD or work with incoming e-mails the columns stay in default mode...
