I have two AIC servers to serve the voice and email functions to call center agents. I understand that I need to install the WebLM in both AIC server. Is the following handling on license correct or not?
1. Split all the licenses into two xml files. That means there is half capacity in each server.
2. Half of the agent connects to the one AIC server as primary server and another half connects to another AIC server as primary server.
