    DCCS Failures Daily

    Greetings,

    On APOC 4.2.3, I have been getting dccs process failures daily on my two stand alone dialers on the same network switch. I don't see any issues internally but and working with our IT team on the network side to troubleshoot.

    Does anyone have any experience with this before? I have installed dccs debug on both of my dialers today. Hoping to get some insight to share with IT.

    Hi,

    I will suggest to open SR with Avaya so that one of the engineer can look into the issue.

      I installed a debug. Router issues on the network. Moving to a Nexxus router this should resolve issues. I reccomend the debug on DCCS it really helps pinpoint issues.
