    Avaya Call Management System 2 ACD same CM

    Is it possible create 2 ACD connected to the same Communication Manager?

    The deal here is that the customer wants to separate 2 customers that are running in the same PBX. We know that we can assing permissions over the Supervisor logins to hide information from one customer to the other one, but we could noticed that does not matter the permissions the supervisor has, they can see all the agents ids, and they do not want that one customer see the agents ids of the other customer.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Yes, it is possible to have two ACD connected to same CM. There will be 2 mis links on CM for each procr/clan.

    When users are assigned to login for respective ACD's, they cannot see agents for other ACD.

    On same ACD, users have access to all agents id.
