embedded voicemail IPO V2
New to IP office. Need to know how to have voicemail transfer a caller out to cell phone...

Need a bit more explanation of the circumstances under which you want it to occur. -
Create a new User, such as FWD to Cell, give it an extension number, and on the Forwarding tab tick Forward Unconditional and type in the telephone number, including whatever you normally dial for outside calls i.e., if you dial 9 and the cell phone number, put in the 9 (95551212)
You specify Embedded Voicemail, but you don't say if you want to transfer to the cell phone from someone's mailbox ("leave me a message, or press 0 to reach me on my cell phone"), or from the automated attendant ("For John Doe, dial extension 1234"). In either case, direct the call to your new FWD to Cell extension, and if you are using Analog trunks, make sure Trunk to Trunk Connect is checked on the lines.Comment
