Is there a way to clear or manage the whole DNC list within outbound campaigns. The list appears to be stored in the Database and I’m not able to locate it.
We have had many agents using the Do Not Call option on valid calls and would like to clean/manage the list.
Anyone come across this or knows how to purge /remove it ?
