    CCT backup and restore

I believe you can take a backup from CCT 7.0 and then restore on the AACC 6.4 CCT. This should retain all the lines/addresses/mappings etc.

      CCT Restore

      Hi,

Don't know if you've done this yet, but as stated you can do a back up of your CC7, then restore it to your AACC6. However you have to restore the CCMS & CCT databases as a matched set at the same time.

If you restore the CCMS database, then try and restore the CCT database at a later time the option to retsore the CCT database will be greyed out.

      Regards,
      Paul.

The title of your post is migration from CC7 to AACC 6.4. So I'm not sure why you're asking to use the CCT data export / import route.

This is accomplished with database backups of CC7 and restored to AACC 6.4. You AACC server will be co-resident with CCMS/CCMA/CCT at a minimum. When you do the DB restore of your CC7 applications to AACC DO NOT restore the ADMIN database especially if your CC7 environment doesn't match the AACC in terms of co-resident applications.
