Recently we’ve installed a new CSCM 7.8.4 with CM 5.2.1 and AES 5.2 , everything is configured properly when we tried to replay the recorded call no voice or audio was there, when we checked the CSCM alarm page this Major Alarm was shown:
No audio packets received from aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd:abcd. Call failed or no network path to recorder
