Avaya CMS: Agent Group Permissions

Hello,

I don’t want to give anyone else access to agent group maintenance because then that would result in giving full access to the system.

I would think there is a permission option to just update agent groups.

Can you help me?

Hi,

CMS do not provide restrictions on agent group directly.

But we do have for dictionary under User Permissions: Feature Access .

CMS User Permission Restrictions in Dictionary

I know you have to go to Avaya IQ or ANAV 4.1 to get full role based permissions. But in CMS R17 what is the extent of restricting user permissions and is this only done thru CMS dictionary?
