I'm pretty new with AACC, so please forgive me if this is just basic thing, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. So, the problem is the following:
Email is properly configured on AACC and distribution works just fine. But, we have several outbound emails that are "stuck" in Open status. No agent nor supervisor can pull those contacts and they're messing the statistics. Is there a way to force changing of email status? And anyway, is there a possibility to view all emails that are currently in the system, besides from AAAD?
