    CMS report

    Can anyone tell me if it is possible to create this report?

    I need a report that shows Avg ACD for a group of agents, similar to the "Agent group summary daily" report but more real time for the current day

    Hi,

    AVG_AGENT_TALK_SUM is the calculation name which can be used to get avg ACD time. I dont think it will be possible to get same for real time reports. Interval report can give data for that current interval.

    If more confirmation needed from Avaya, we have Avaya Professional Services team which look into such customizations and they can confirm on the same.
