    AACC Outbound Disposition Codes...

    AACC 6.4 SP13

    We have a number of Outbound Campaigns with Disposition Codes enabled / assigned - for example, one campaign has 9 disposition codes enabled:

    Number Busy
    No Answer
    Answer Machine
    No Such Number
    Hung Up
    Wrong Number
    Do Not Call
    Re-Schedule Call
    Completed

    If I select the campaign in the OCMT and select one of the calls, do a right-click and "Close With Code" I only have an option of 4 disposition codes to select from:

    No Such Number
    Hung Up!
    Wrong Number
    Completed

    Doesn't make any sense - anybody any thoughts, I have exactly the same issue in both our live and test environments?

    Is it possible that the disposition codes that do not show in your list are those that are marked to require a call and it is assuming you are not doing that as you are not updating from the Agent side?

      Thanks for the suggestion - all of our Disposition Codes are configured to require an outbound call though, so if that scenario were true then all / none of the codes would be available when manually closing a contact..
