AES License Error

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

The process did not complete.


More than one licenses exist. the AE Server will not be started. Please keep only one valid license, and delete other licenses.

The message indicates that there 2 license file in the WebLM. Please login to the Weblm and make sure that there is only one license file. Delete the unwanted license file and restart the AES services.
