    Proactive 5.1 - Calling List modification

    Hi all,

    I hope i can explain what i need to acomplish.

    There is a job running with 9k records and i need to add 2 new fields to the calling list and they will be blank since it will be the agents to populate them .

    1st question.
    Do i need to stop the job?

    2nd question.
    Is the actual (running) calling list going to adapt this change?

    Considerations:
    The actual calling list has 21k records and there are 9k remaining, so i need to retain the records left to be dialed, the aor and recall ones.

    Is this feasible? Can someone explain how the process works?

    Yes you should stop the job. Adding the fields should not impact the existing records or their status.
    If the fields are just for agent input and export, you can add them to the calling list and upload dictionaries. If you plan to download the date fields with your regular calling list data from the host, then you also need to add the fields to the download dictionary.
    You will have to save your changes as pending. The field changes will be available after the next dialer restart.
