I need help in creating a real time report.
Our system is counting eusat by qivr, clients are calling on specified VDNs, after that we calculate clients satisfaction manually. I want to make a real time report, where system would calcalate everything in one report. QIVR is calclulated by dividing sum of "5" and "4" on total sum of evaluations. So, every offered call on specified VDN need to affect the final eusat in real time, with conditions that report knows how many calls were calculated.
Any ideas?
