Hi,
We are currently using the POM-SDK Java API to perform a consult-transfer of calls from Avaya POM to an IVR VDN. While the transfer is successful, we are encountering an issue where common fields are not being shared between the POM and IVR calls. Specifically:
The UCID (Universal Call Identifier) for the POM call and the IVR call are different.
UUI (User-to-User Information) is not supported or shared through the POM SDK APIs.
This issue is critical, as we need a way to maintain the continuity of call-related data when a call is transferred from POM to the IVR.
Request:
We would like to know if there is a way to share call-related information such as UCID and UUI between POM and IVR calls during a consult-transfer using the POM-SDK Java API. Additionally, if this functionality is not currently supported, are there any alternative approaches or workarounds?
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
