CCE Timestamp webchat

Dear all,

In CCE WC, when i sent message to customer in conversation i don't see show timestamp for message as IM another (etc, Skype, Yahoo,pls find attachment). Can everyone help me configuration for CCE WC? I using CCE R3, R4.

Hello DoTran,

If customer is expecting to see a timestamp in end customer window then this is possible by some customization done on the aspx file that is available in the WebChatIIS folder of CCE. There is a function called writeMessageToScreen inside the conversation.aspx, the same can be modified for functionality. Attached is the modification that was done. If the same functionality is expected from the agent side, then it is not possible.

Note: Customization is on your own risk and Avaya would not support for any malfuction.
