The server my SQL Server database sits on that services the Avaya Quality Monitoring has to be moved to another server as part of maintenance. Does anyone know what steps are required to point the application at another database server? Is there any documentation available on that? Thanks

Database information is been provided only during the QM installation and there is no easy documented way of changing later on. This would need professional services ( as this mean probable re-installtion of the application) hence i would recommend contacting professional services for appropriate resolution
