Blank Screen In Avaya Web Client

Hi! First, I just have to say that I have NO idea if this is the right forum for my question. This is my first time in the Avaya forums, and the forum descriptions seem almost purposely written to obfuscate. I did the best I could to figure it out. Please let me know if this question needs to be posted in a different forum.

I have a user who just gets a blank page when she logs in to the Web client to retrieve voicemails. She gets a blank page when checking her own voicemail, and when checking two other voicemail boxes that she monitors. She gets the same result in both Chrome and Edge. Other employees get buttons across the top of the window and see messages. I had my user log in to a different computer and check the voicemail boxes and that works, she sees everything. I've cleared the cache for both Chrome and Edge, but that did not resolve the problem. I also cleared the Avaya cache, but not sure if that would even impact the Web client. I work in state government and another agency owns and supports the Avaya system, so I have no ability to do anything on the back end. I contacted that agency for support and was told, "Whenever we see this, we push it back on the agency because we have no idea what's causing it." Nice! Super helpful!

I've uploaded attachments showing what she sees in her voicemail box vs what I see in my voicemail box. Different voicemail boxes, and no voicemails, but should still be sufficient to serve and an example of the issue.

I went into Help in the Web client and in the upper left it shows Avaya Officelinx, but I did not see a version number. Not sure that's relevant, but figured it's better to mention it than not.

Given that on a different computer my user sees everything she should be seeing, I figure this is an issue with something in her Windows profile. I could build her a new Windows profile, but that's like taking a sledgehammer to the issue. I'd like to find a more targeted solution.

Are there any cache folders I should be looking at, or any repair tools that I can run? Any other thoughts?

Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer!
