CCMM Archive Administration

Since we upgraded from AACC 6.3 -> 6.4 the CCMM archive tool no longer seems to remove outbound campaigns, it archives the data but leaves the campaign visible within the Outbound Campaign Management Tool.

Am I missing something?

We create lots of different campaigns and the list of "dead" campaigns is rapidly growing and looks a mess.

Anybody any thoughts?

A workaround to delete these Campaigns is described in SOLN256182.
