CCE 5.0 Auto Callback. Need mutlimedia licence?

I have installed CCE 5.0 with only a voice license. When the CCE Desktop connects to the media director the connection gets close due to a no license error. I can see in the logs of the media director and license director that a multi media license is be requested but I don't have one. I would have assumed the AutoCallback feature of the voice media store would only need a voice license. But Preview contact will delever the auto callback number via media director right?

Yes, the CCE Voice Media store only uses Voice license to create the callback workitem to the Preview Contact Media Store, after that its a multimedia work item. CCE Desktop then requires a Multimedia License to be able to recieve the Preview Contact workitem from PreViewContact Media Store via Media Director.
