    CMS Report

    Hello,
    I am asking about how we can get data for individual calls:
    I want to get information about the anwering time of a call and the duration of the call.
    After that, i want to calculate the answering time of 80 % of calls.
    Is there any functionnality where we can get these informations? and if yes how we can implement this specific feature and what are the requirements.

    Hi Ali,

    There is no single report to achieve all requirements.

    But I suggest to use Call Records report and customize it as per your other needs.

    Call record report will give data for each call. If you have high rate of calls, you can use ECH(third party) to get such data.

    Such requirements are taken care by APS team in Avaya. They are reachable at [email protected].

    Please be informed that it will be billable as they work on project basis.
