In Elite call vectoring, I can escalate a call from lower priority to higher priority on the same queue using the queue-to skill command.
Can I decrease the priority level from higher to lower level ?
The customer wants to handle those calls within service level first (e.g. 20 sec). Once the queue call is out of service level, it will be in lower priority and hence the agents can pickup those within service level.
