No call details for calls

    No call details for calls

    There are calls that have UCID and session ID but I dont see any call details or any records in AEP for that call. After doing some research I found that AT&T shows that the call completed OK. The M3K gateway shows the call in progress for 3 seconds and then the call ends normally. The Session Manager shows the same, that the call ends, it sends a Cancel message to kill the call, but other than that it is normal.
    I tried getting on the MPP and find the session ID in below logs and also but couldnt find any trace of it. Where can I find any detials on the session ID on MPP and why would this thing happen
    /opt/Avaya/ExperiencePortal/MPP/logs/process

    There might be a post call work happening on the application. Check on that part. Under the process folder, you can figure out the slot number based on the Session ID and then look out for that particular session.
