Hi All,
We encounter some issues on analyst reports.
1. the performance report shows a job was joined by an agent that has not working on that day.
2. Dialer monthly report shows the transactions on Sat/Sun day which is off day.
3. the performance report shows an agents who are already not working and removed out from available pool.
Anyone gone thru above anyhow? Seek help and appreciate.
