We have the eye on queue report that shows the number of calls holding in our queue and the longest call holding time.
We want to be able to put that information on our Service Desk website so that when a customer logs on they can see how many calls are holding and what the longest wait time is currently.
I have managed to do a report, scripted, outputting to a .txt file which is then displayed on the SharePoint page and you can view the numbers updated every minute or so but that is not a frequent enough refresh.
Has anyone managed to work out a way to show the call queue on a website or SharePoint page. Did you have to buy an add in? Or did you use part of the avaya product? Anyone have any ideas how to do this where it can refresh every 15-30 seconds?
