thanks!!

not really to the set- they are looking for maybe an email or text- something that will alert the managers who are not on site.
I'm not aware of anything built in that does this. What reports are you looking to send?
I do *something* along these lines for historical reporting. I use the data export feature in ASA to place text files in a folder for visual basic processing. Then I use conditional formatting in MS Excel to chenge the color based on the degree of concern.
I may also be possible to do someing like this in Active Batch if you use that product. If you "farm" this out to your business partner, it is going to get expensive pretty fast.

I have a VB program running continually that executes CMS scripts to generate current and prior interval information. From that information I create rolling 4hr graphical views of my skills. The graphs are stored as individual pictures by skill on a DROPBOX account. Myself and other supervisors can look at the graphs to see skill performance (acdin, abn, que'd) from any device that can access DROPBOX.
The program also monitors the CMS reports for threshold exceptions. I look for OCW, high volume, etc. The program sends txt msgs to those individuals that have been predefined for notification via email. All carriers offer email based access to the txting system. Verizon for instance is done by sending an email (txt) to <phonenumber>@vtext.com.
The program is specific to my environment but could be easily modified.
Avaya APS offers supervisor and admin paging packages. The supervisor paging will allow supervisors to set threshold alerts for their skill. The CMS will monitor and send an email / txt to the supervisor. Admin paging is used to send an email when the PBX link goes down for example.
The term “page” below refers to a text message that is emailed via the public Internet to a wireless device (e.g. cell phone) or a PC mailbox (e.g. Outlook Inbox).
Supervisor Paging for CMS – This package is intended for the split/skill supervisors. With this package installed on the CMS server, the CMS users may configure threshold paging for their splits/skills. Configuration is done via a user menu system.
Administrator Paging for CMS – This package is intended for CMS administrators. This package enables CMS administrators to receive a text message/page for a CMS system level outage, e.g. PBX data link down. This package includes limited threshold paging for critical or unmanned splits/skills such as VRU/IVR/Conversant, holiday and emergency splits/skills. A user menu is included for administration.
Lost RTA data feed scenarios covered by CMS Administrator Paging are: 1) PBX to CMS data link down, 2) CMS Data Collection turned off, 3) CMS turned off, and 4) CMS reboot.
The native functionality within the Administrator Pagingpackage will generate an alarm page for 80% of the failure scenarios for RTA and Cisco ICM (GeoTel).
That IS interesting stphnwd. I will keep this in mind.
