Hi...According to Engineering NTP there are maximum number of CDN's of 750 for an AML Contact Centre. Are there a maximum number of CDN's that can be referenced in the Master script or new "Contact Router"?
There is no limitation on the number of CDN in the master script, However as the system(AACC) has limitation of 750CDN, it implies that maximum number of CDN is 750 in the Master script.
