ACR R12: Licensed bulk recording capacity reached

Good Afternoon,

ACR shows Licensed bulk recording capacity reached alarm.
ACR have 20 bulk recording licences.
Also ACR have configured 18 position ID but in Recording Rules the ACR have 26 Login ID.

ACR need a license for each postion ID or login ID?

ACR bulk recording licenses are concurrent recording channels and consumed for either DN or POSID.
( whetever configured under ACR bulk recording). if you feel the error is unusual I would suggest you raise case with support team to find the exact reason behind this error.
