      Aes

If you have an AES server you can use the AES WebServices for basic call control or the sms to control the CM

        Hi,

You can add custom buttons and use rules on Elite Multichannel, check this pages on Installing Call Center Elite Multichannel:

Adding a new custom button page 48

        And

        Rules Management on page 73

Please let me know if this information can help you.

            Frade2 hi,

the easiest way to develop for EMC is to enable python scripting.

If I remember correctly, IronPython must be installed on the computer running EMC desktop. In user configuration (local INI file) or on server (ACS) enable python plugin, which is disabled by default. After that, when you start the desktop application in Tools menu, there will be python section, where you can attach python scripts to events.
