    DMCC license types

    Hello -

I am looking for a better definition of the two DMCC Licenses offered (I can't seem to find a good Avaya Document that outlines the differences).

I am looking at what the difference is between these two items (I would prefer a outline and/or definition of the two):

    DMCC Basic

    DMCC Full

Could someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks,

    James

Just so everyone on here has an answer to this question, most of these type of connections require 3 Licenses to work (In our case it was for Call Recording)...

A DMCC Basic - Just covers the connections needed for the application to work (TSAPI/IP_API types). You still will need to buy normal station licenses as well or use your existing station licenses to make this all work

A DMCC Full - Will include everything mentioned above PLUS the Station licenses.

This info was given to us by both an Avaya Certified BP & Avaya Sales.

Hope this helps someone else in the future.
